A growing company with vision and a quality approach to business and its market is presently seeking a skilled person to join the middle management team.
We are looking for an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER who has previously worked within a manufacturing environment.
You will possess a proactive and focused approach to the customer and be a strong team leader.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to nurture, train, and develop a team to work together to achieve common business objectives. You will have some working experience or previous dealings with the shop floor and be able to relate to people at all levels. The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing are required coupled with the ability to work with a job from concept to completion, managing progress and delivering to the customer in a timely manner.
This role is working a 37.50 hour week and offers full benefits including pension and health care.
