Our client is an industry leading eCommerce retailer enjoying continuous and rapid growth. An opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Service Manager / Team Leader to join their team.

As a Customer Service Manager / Team Leader, you will be responsible for a small team of customer service advisors, delivering the highest standards of customer care via the telephone, email and other online communications.
You will take ownership of the team, recruiting, training, managing and motivating them in order to produce the best results.
Acting as the eyes and ears of the company, you will utilise customer feedback and complaints to influence decisions and drive positive change across the business.
Your duties will include:
- Defining, managing and reporting on KPIs and SLAs
- Handling escalated complaint and complex enquiries
- Monitoring key account activity to increase customer spend and retention
- Preparing weekly reports for the senior management team
- Providing holiday cover and assisting the team during busy periods
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Solid customer service experience
- Experience gained within a team leader or supervisory role
