Our client is an international fashion company within the luxury retail industry. They are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to manage their retail team in HK.

Job Description
As a Customer Service Manager, you will have to plan and develop integrated customer experience strategies to align with the company objective. You will need to manage and oversee the customer services team including front desk and customer services hotline to deliver premium customer services to their customers. Also, you will need to work closely with the Business Development, IT and Operations teams to establish a system to monitor and analyze customers’ behaviors then workout a total solution plan to enhance customer experience. Lastly, you will need to deploy best practices across all customer services aspects to meet or exceed customer satisfaction level and evaluate manpower planning and allocation of the team to ensure sufficient supports are provided to our customers.
Requirements:
• University degree
• Over 10 years relevant experience in retail/service industry in which 5 years in management level
• Detail-minded with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a sizable team
• Energetic, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Manager
