Customer Service Manager (Healthcare), up to £35k

ROLE:
The role of the Customer Service Manager (Account Manager) is to be responsible for the management and development of existing clients.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a sales role; we are looking to recruit someone with first class client management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Representing the Company to prospective clients and implementing new contracts from point of sale including:
i) Ensuring that the level of service is appropriate to size and needs of each client.
ii) Ensuring that all clients have appropriate and correct documentation including service agreements, user manuals and forms.
iii) The delivery of a contact strategy appropriate to each client.

b) Managing and building client relationships including.
i) Carrying out regular reviews of fees and services.
ii) Provision and presentation of regular management information.
iii) Investigation and resolution of any client issues.
iv) Developing services provided and introducing appropriate additional services.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
b) Proven experience of developing successful and profitable relationships with clients (including the effective delivery of a service).
c) The ability to run concurrent projects, prioritising in accordance with business objectives.
d) Numerical competence and basic financial analysis.
e) Self-motivation and an ability to work unsupervised.
