The successful candidate would demonstrate excellent interpersonal and management skills as well as being highly self-motivated.As a Retail Manager you will take ownership for your area and give you the freedom to make decisions and manage your team to deliver outstanding customer service.

The Role - Retail Manager

·Recruit lead and motivate the team to do their job to the best of their ability.

·Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and deal with service recovery issues through constant coaching and development.

·Drive sales and deliver world class store standards.

·To deliver excellent operational standards in partnership with the Retail Operations Team.

The Person - Retail Manager

·Ideally working within a high volume fast paced retail environment.

·Have a good track record in leading and motivating a team.

·Be self-motivated and able to contribute effectively to a team.

·Have a passionate, energetic and innovative approach to achieve results.
