Customer Service Handler required for Corporate Stevenage based organisation offering excellent training, benefits & career opportunities.
As Customer Service Handler you would be required to provide servicing & day to day administration of clients requirements. Duties within the role include:-
- Liaison with Clients
- Processing correspondence, quotations & data input
- Checking documents for accuracy
- Invoicing & Credit Control
- Managing files & post
The successful candidate should be professional, well presented & articulate to suit a corporate environment with a confident telephone manner & excellent written & verbal communication skills. A good level education is highly desirable and strong IT literacy on MS packages including Word & Excel is essential.
