Technicolor Rugby is seeking Customer Service Executives to join their team in the distribution area.

The successful candidates would be responsible for managing an efficient distribution process and communication chain within the Customer Services Call Centre, as well as managing all customer queries, responding within agreed time lines, and providing a satisfactory resolution to maintain customer satisfaction in accordance with order cut off, order management and query resolution. The role requires successful candidates to work with multiple systems including SAP and JBA (experience would be an advantage but training can be provided) alongside compiling and completing contact centre reports on a weekly and monthly basis or as required at the business or line manager’s request utilising Blue Flag; SAP; JBA and telephone data.   

Successful candidates will also be required to develop and maintain relationship with accounts in order to establish their supply chain expectations, rules and requirements, interact daily with the internal functions and customer teams in order to ensure awareness of relevant activity and that account activity is communicated clearly and promptly to the client and/or its customers.

Successful candidates for this role must have a minimum grade "C" GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent), as well as training to an intermediate level in the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel and Word.  Successful candidates will have experience working office based in a distribution environment, as well as be knowledgeable of a pick-pack operation and will be able to understand the differences between internal and external customers. As the role includes communications with the companies clients and their customers a good telephone manner and written English capability is essential.

Finally, the successful candidates will be hard working and enjoy challenges, be able to work to deadlines and be resilient under pressure with a good sense of humour.  You will be adaptable, flexible, cooperative and a team player.
