My client is a well-established and highly successful group of garden centres. They are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and resolve all customer web and telephone queries.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing fantastic customer service in order to exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrating a 'can-do’ attitude at all times
- Providing end-to-end customer support, collating information and responding via email, telephone and letter.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exemplary customer service skills
- A passion for horticulture and gardening
- A confident and polished communication style
- Great attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to problem solve and resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction
- Ability to liaise with different areas of the business to collate information
