Cust Service Apprentice W London Suit School or College Leavers

We are a training provider based in Central London, and are looking for suitable applications from school leavers looking to take a Customer Service Apprenticeship.

This could be the perfect opportunity for people aged between 16-19 to gain employment whilst training for a nationally recognised qualification.

The role is based at an exclusive salon in West London. so potential candidates would need to be:

Apprenticeships are designed with the help of the employers in the industry, and offer a way to develop your skills and be able to develop and progress in your chosen career whilst gaining a qualification.

There are lots of benefits to doing an Apprenticeship one of which is that you will be earning a salary while you learn on a programme that has been designed specifically around your personal development

This would involve on the job training and one to one assessments with an NVQ Assessor.

Please note that Graduates and candidates currently in Further Education will not be eligible.

Here are some but not all of the duties the role will entail:

Maintain the salon database and profiles of clients

Ordering of stock for the salon

Reception meeting greeting clients

Charging of clients

Printing of all salon appointments and purchases day before for all staff.

Keeping data base up to date and populated

Confirm all appointments and double checking with salon staff

Maintain Laundry and Salon Cleanliness

Arrange maintenance and repairs in the salon

Banking and maintain petty cash and float

The client will offer a weekly salary of £150 based on a 40 hour week.
