Job Description
Our Client, Lloyds Banking Group are looking for Customer Service Offers to join their loans team in their state of the art contact centre in Cardiff City Centre.
We are looking for suitable candidates to provide efficient and high quality customer service through successful conclusion and analysis of loan applications whilst projecting a positive reflection of the brand at all times.
Purpose of the role & key accountabilities / deliverables:
To deliver high quality service to customers in line with agreed service standards and enabling Lloyds Banking Group and Treasury to offer the National Loan Guarantee Scheme.
Core skills & Experience
• Ability to analyse and understand information quickly in order to process loan agreements accurately and efficiently
• Takes and implements day-today decisions in the course of own work
• Is aware of and able to use a variety of analytical tools and data gathering approaches
Desirable Skills
• Experience within the banking industry
• Experienced and knowledgeable of the processes - specifically loan applications/processing.
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Training: 4 Weeks
Successful applicants will pass a full credit check and be subject to referencing and vetting.
