We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors for a busy call centre within a large corporate organisation based in Narborough, Leicestershire. On the following basis


  • Temporary to Permanent assignment
  • Full Time - Monday to Sunday, 4 week shift rota, alternate Saturdays & Sunday, never both 3 out of 4 weekends
  • Hours of work - between 7:00am and 9:00pm
  • Rate of Pay £7.40 per hour
  • 9 weeks training
  • Selection by: Assessment Centre (Role Play and Competency Interview)

You will be responsible for working as part of a large call centre team handling inbound customer service calls - You must have previous Call Centre Experience

Responsibilities of position are:

As the first point of contact for customers, you will use your excellent customer service skills to assist them with their enquires, establishing strong & meaningful relationships along the way. With strong communication skill you will proactively promote, sell and provide information on other banking products and services.


  • Taking inbound calls from existing customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and helping customers with their everyday banking and saving queries
  • Providing and efficient and friendly telephone banking service
  • Explaining complex information to customer in simple and easy terms
  • Understanding customer requirements and establishing the facts around their current banking or savings needs
  • Positioning pre-identified products and.or services to customers where appropriate
  • Working with colleagues across various channels to provide a seamless service
  • Working to call centre and customer service targets
  • using customer database and ensuring all data is input correctly
