3 x Customer Service Advisors _ Part Time - 20 hours per week

With over 40 years of housing experience our client has grown to be one of the largest housing groups in the UK, employing over 1,500 people and managing around 36,000 homes, The accredited innovative Customer Service Centre is the first point of contact open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is critical to the success of the business providing an excellent service to each and every customer.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking high calibre, customer focused, team players who have excellent communications and IT skills. The main purpose of the role will be to respond to our client's customer's specific needs and requests for advice, information and solutions in a professional and speedy manner, The ability to liaise at all levels is essential with in this sometimes challenging yet extremely rewarding role, always with the emphasis to putting the customer first. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external customers, ensuring an unrivalled level of service is delivered consistently by following best practice. You will prepare, maintain and update accurate records, documents and equipment relating to customers. You will also be instrumental in assisting with service improvements in order to improve service delivery.

Please note: This role is 20 hours per week to include three evenings between Monday - Friday x 4 hour shifts plus an 8 hours shift on a weekend but must be flexible between the hours of 7am - 11pm.
