Overview
A well known company with a reputation for being the leader within their field is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor in their order processing team. The role will involve taking queries and orders from customers by telephone and email. It is a very busy role and requires someone who is happy dealing with a large volume of calls. This is not a sales role, the focus is purely on customer service.
The Role
This will be a busy role full of variety as each and every customer has a different requirement. You will be speaking to customers over the telephone with regards to orders and entering them onto the system. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Answering general enquiries from customers
- Inputting information on the system
- Liaising with customers and suppliers and co-ordinating deliveries.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to be able to work in a busy environment and enjoy being part of a small team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience within a contact centre environment and who has experience of processing orders. You will be required to work on your own initiative, have good keyboard skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will need to genuinely care about your customers and want to deliver the highest level of customer care.
