I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading media company based in Cambridge as a Customer Service agent via email only on a Temporary basis with the possibility to go Permanent; this is an exciting and rapidly growing company who has a global presence within the media market.

This position is to start ASAP and you must be able to commit to the full booking

We are looking for individuals with some Customer Service experience but who are looking for a career in a fast pace environment, it’s a 2 - 4 week period with the possibility to go permanent the ideal candidate will have an interest in music and have a basic understanding on the tech side.

Shift patterns as follows:

11.00am - 8.00pm

You will be working the above shift patterns only (5 days on, 2 days off)

Pay: £7.00 including holiday pay.

Location: Cambridge

Duties:

- Replying to customer complaints
- Understanding customers needs
- Solve customers issues
- Manage that issue until resolved


Essential to this role:

- Customer Service experience
- Can do attitude
- Tech knowledge useful but not essential
- Available ASAP
- Interest in the music industry
