Great Customer Service opportunities with a leading banking organisation! You'll be first point of contact for people who telephone the company with queries about their bank accounts, such as updating their personal details or making a transition; and you'll use your great communication skills and passion for customer service to make sure that every call ends with a satisfied customer.
