Our client is a leading Mortgage Lender based in Sunderland; they deliver high levels of customer service and support to customers facing financial difficulty.
The role will involve dealing with customers regarding their mortgages. All calls are warm to help and support the customer if in any difficulties.
The right candidates must have proven experience working within a contact centre environment, have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to deliver first class customer service, empathise and advise customers and offer support. All candidates must be confident with out standing communication skills.
Work patterns will be based on a 37.5hr week
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm - 1 in 3 Saturdays / Sundays
Salary is £15000 this is a 12-month fixed term contract
