Working for this large financial services company based in Bristol city centre we are looking for Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for all new business and servicing queries. This is to provide an excellent service for customers during applications for Life Assurance, Income Protection or Critical Illness Cover.
You will perform the following duties:
Resolve any queries and treating all callers (customers and their representatives) with respect and in a manner that always enhances their experience
Process work and administration tasks as required to ensure an excellent customer service experience is given to the customer
Ensure that all tasks are handled within both productivity and quality targets
Ensure information collected in support of applications is carefully recorded and captured on the various systems
The ideal candidate will need to have:
• Ideally, skills gained in a contact centre or administrative role, with any financial services experience an added advantage to your application.
• 5 GCSE qualifications with grades of A - C including Maths and English (or equivalent).
