The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This position will be responsible for maintaining excellent levels of Customer Service at all time, resolving Clients queries in a timely and professional manner.
Main Tasks and Duties
- Liaising with customers on cases,
- Managing and answering customer queries,
- Processing and following up on orders,
- Answering calls from and making calls to our customers in a busy environment,
- General administration duties: letters/emails, data management and liaising with other departments as necessary.
About you
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with an excellent telephone manner, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good standard of accuracy and numeracy. With a flexible approach you will have the ability to work in a team, remain calm under pressure and have an organised and methodical approach to tasks. Experience with SAGE would be a distinct advantage.
