Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client based in Crewe. They are a leading distribution company and are looking for someone to join their customer service team through their peak season March - September.
This role will be heavily customer service orientated - dealing with queries from customers & suppliers
Handling complaints and difficult customers regarding deliveries
Stock allocation & reports
Order processing and tracking
You should be highly PC literate - particularly strong on Excel.
If you have SAP experience this would be an advantage but not essential as you will be given training
This is a 9 month temporary contract working 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri
