Rocking Zebra Recruitment is currently looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Advisor to support an expanding team within a successful organisation based in Swindon.

You will be providing exceptional customer service to your large client base. You will be building and retaining relationships and maximising every opportunity by the upselling of further products the business has to offer. You will be communicating on multiple levels, thinking 'outside the box’ recognising ways to improve and develop current processes. Working within a growing team you will ensure that standards and values are met and that you are delivering accurate information. This business ensures they invest in their teams looking to develop and progress individuals!

To be considered for this role you will be a strong communicator with experience within a customer service role. You will have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to you work. You will have high attention to detail, the ability to prioritise your workload and offer flexibility and additional support as the business demands.

The ideal candidate will be fully IT literate, methodical, decisive and a team player.
