CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

WARRINGTON

£6.08-£7.75ph

Full Time 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday - 11:30 till 20:00).

Part Time hours 17 hours are decided when taking the role

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

  • This is a contact centre role and you will be required to make outbound calls (via a centralised dialler) to the public to persuade the Decision Maker to move their gas and electricity supply
  • In addition, you will be required to use the computer to gather and record key information.
  • Full Time 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday - 11:30 till 20:00).
  • Part Time hours 17 hours are decided when taking the role

THE SUCCESSFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

  • A competent administrator with excellent planning and organising skills
  • Good interpersonal skills; is able to generate conversations with all
  • Experience of selling together with providing advice and consultancy
  • Familiar with information technology; using all relevant electronic applications with confidence
  • A competent and confident communicator both verbal and written
  • Experience of putting customers first
  • Resilient and inquisitive
  • Someone who drives for improvement and is results and quality orientated

In return for your skills and experience:

  • £6.08-£7.75ph
