Our Shrewsbury based Client are rapidly expanding and require two experienced Customer Services Advisers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation that offers the highest level of client customer service and has a professional culture.
The successful candidate will be working with the existing Customer services team dealing with inbound calls and handling renewal processing and enquiries
The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of 7 GCSE’s (or equivalent) grades A - C including Mathematics and English
• Confident and effective telephone skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as you will be dealing with internal calls / queries.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm. Flexi hours are in operation during the seasonal period, therefore on occasion the successful candidate will be expected to work Saturdays on a rota basis 9am to 1pm.
