This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service/ Order Processors to join a rapidly growing organisation based in Letchworth Garden City and to work in the design and processing department.
Job Description
The successful Customer Service/ Order Processor will be responsible for:
- processing orders
- providing quotes
- general administration
- ensuring a high level of customer service
- providing drawing to customers
Person Specification
Customer Service/ Order Processor must have previous customer service experience gained in a commercial environment. Strong technical awareness and the ability to learn quickly. You will be working with First Degree software package, previous experience with this would be idea. or similar system.
Full training will be provided.
