Customer Service Advisor within Insurance

Our busy insurance company in Dartford is looking for consultants to work various shifts to join their young bubbly fun Customer Service team.

You need to be immediately available before you apply for this role.

Your duties will include:

• Dealing with all inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Speaking with existing customers regarding their policy renewals
• Speaking with new customers wishing to take out new insurance policies
• Dealing with all paperwork
• General administration as required by the department

You must have:

• Professional telephone manner
• Good IT skills
• Previous insurance experience is an advantage but not essential
• At least 6 months experience working within a Customer Service department

The hours for this role are

Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 7pm or 11:30am to 9pm

Friday 9:30am to 7pm or 1pm to 7pm

Every Saturday 9am to 12:30pm or 10am to 4pm

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK BOTH THESE SETS OF HOURS ON A ROTA AND EVERY SATURDAY
