This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer services advisor to join a leading Insurance company based in Hertfordshire. Working within their lively Insurance Call Centre you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients with regards to policy and claims queries.
You must have previous Customer Service/Call centre experience, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate at all levels. You should be a team player, combined with a strong work ethic, and knowledge of Word and Excel. Previous experience of working within Insurance or Financial Services would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
