Customer Service Advisor (part time flexible)

We are looking for candidates who can work in either High Wycombe or Marlow or who dont mind travelling between the two sites.

For this role you must enjoy customer service and interacting with clients face to face and via the telephone.

Due to the fact you will be talking to people face to face on a daily basis it would help if you were be confident, friendly and be able to present the company in a positive manor

Duties include: 

-Direct customer care and handling
-Promoting the company and services available

- Capturing customer details on an IPAD

Essential skills:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Able to communicate confidently
-Presentable and well spoken

-IT Literate
-Ideally has concessions experience
