Customer Service Advisor- Pack Chaser

Outbound Pack Chasing Agents are required to work for Investor Compensation based from our offices in Stockport, Manchester, North West.

Company Overview

Investor Compensation LLP is one of the largest claims management companies in the UK. We specialise in reclaim of Payment Protection Insurance, Unfair Credit Card Charges and Mis-Sold Mortgages. We are looking for organised and reliable individuals to join our Outbound Pack Chasing Team.

The Role

• Call clients who have been sent a Payment Protection Insurance Pack and Credit Card Charges Pack
• Uses effective techniques to influence the clients hasty return of paperwork
• Talk the client through the pack and help them complete if needed
• Providing high levels of support and customer service to all of your clients 
• Handle any objections faced
• Working 2 week Pattern (Week 1 9-5 Mon-Fri) (Week 2 12-8:30, off Friday, Saturday 10-4pm)
• Use effective sales techniques to cross sell other departments of the business

Candidate Qualities

• Be able to manage large workloads
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Driven/Sales Focused
• Possess a great work ethic
• Experienced in working in a fast paced, targeted environment
• Previous experience of working in a Sales/Chasing Role but not necessary as full training will be given
