Customer Service Advisor – Life & Pensions
£8.50 per hour – based in Edinburgh
Temporary role, with a view to going permanent
One of our major Financial Services clients based in Edinburgh is currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work in their Contact Centre.
The Contact Centre is responsible for managing all inbound telephone enquiries, they operate on an Avaya telephone system with call recording and are skilled to deal with all Life & Pensions products, including Group schemes, Personal Pensions, Retirement Control products and Bonds. The team deals with enquiries from Customers, Financial Advisers, Employers and third parties and they strive to deliver exceptional customer service at all times to meet the needs of both the customer and the business.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have:-
- Previous experience in an inbound contact centre environment within Financial Services - this experience is absolutely essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to deal with both customers and colleagues effectively
- The ability to organise your work and deal with challenging situations effectively
