Provide administrative, account, and customer service support for clients within European speaking country / region
Manage phone calls, orders and email communication
Working within your team to ensure that the entire region you support is working effectively
Processing orders, pricing, collection information on invoicing
Shipping processing, documentation control
Complaints handling, returns goods
Being responsible for website and PR reviews
Manage your own business and clients independently
Person Specification
Person Specification
Experience from sales support, administration, logistics or customer service is an advantage
Friendly, pleasant, and communicative personality
Advanced/Fluent English skills, French is advantage
Location: Prague
Starting date: ASAP/Negotiable
