Customer Service Advisor - Chichester

Currently we have a vacancy within our Hospitals Advice team for a Customer Service Advisor, to cover Maternity leave. The hours of work will be 40 hours per week: 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from our self-pay customers, in a polite, efficient and professional manner.
• Promote a positive image of Nuffield Health through effective communication. Help customers to understand all of the services available and assist them to make the right choices in their journey to having surgery.
• Liaise with hospitals and medical secretaries to arrange appointments and supply all necessary documentation to customers and internal contacts.
• Manage all administration associated with each call, including taking credit and debit card payments over the telephone, and support the management team as required.
• Promote our free marketing events and book appointments according to the hospitals requirements.
• Log information on calls received and maintain detailed, accurate records
• Manage, organise and update relevant data using multiple systems and databases.
• Achieve and exceed all set KPI’s/ targets; around bookings, revenue and quality.

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, to handle a variety of calls from our customers. You will already have considerable experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in a medical or contact centre environment. Strong customer focus and a high level of professionalism and empathy are essential along with strong administration and co-ordination skills. 

Own transport essential due to rural location.
