Our client has an exciting role within their retail Head Office based in Warwickshire for a Customer Service Administrator to provide an effective channel of communication with external customers and members. You will be the first point of contact for customers when dealing with queries and complaints regarding their experiences in and around the stores, so it is important you deal with them with empathy, sensitivity and in a professional manner, aiming to exceed customer expectations wherever possible. Excellent communication skills are needed, verbal and written, as it is extremely important to build and maintain relationships with store managers and teams by identifying areas where good customer service is given, where it needs improving and by providing appropriate feedback. You will need to respond to all complaints and queries in the agreed timeframe. You will be providing support and PA cover to the General Manager and performing administration and secretarial duties including taking minutes, creating periodic reports, filing, writing agendas, co-ordination of appointments and holidays and helping to ensure variable costs for departments are within budget. You must have advanced Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills, as well as excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task.
