An exciting position has arisen to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. This role will be varied with a mix of both Customer Service and Administration .
With at least two years experience within a similar role, you will be capable of learning a technical product base with the ability to convey knowledge to the customer.
Along with general administration, office support and telephone based customer service you will also be responsible for the following:
- Producing customer quotes
- Raise sales orders and invoices
- Dealing with mail correspondence and ordering stationary
- Post after sale customer care
The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook. You will be confident to make decisions and a strong team player who is willing to get 'stuck in' .
