Customer Sales Executive

Working for this dynamic finacial services organisation you will be working within the Mortgages Direct Sales Contact Centre  which delivers an inbound and outbound sales call management service.

It manages all direct telephone sales of Mortgage products for new and existing customers. This includes movers, remortgages, buy-to-let, further borrowing and other regulated variations. It looks to offer appropriate associated cross-sales products or services. 

This role is responsible for achieving telephony based sales and service targets. Role holders must be prepared to multi-skill across teams and product areas.

Ideally you will have:

• Telephone sales and cross-sales experience of selling mortgages and associated products
• Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to influence
• Flexibility to multi-skill and adapt to a changing environment
• Enthusiasm and commitment

Strong understanding of the mortgage industry/marketplace and key changes affecting it

9am-5pm Monday to Friday
