CUSTOMER RELATIONS - This worldwide leisure travel company that is based in South West London is looking for a French speaking Customer Relations Executive / Customer Service executive to join their dynamic team.

Customer Relations responsibilities:

- Dealing with customer complaints via email and written communication
- Resolve relocation and check-in problems
- Identify reoccurring resort problems
- Follow correct procedures within a timely manner

Customer Relations skills:

- Must be fluent in French, written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent letter writing experience
