We are Seeking to Introduce an Exceptionally Talented Customer Relations Manager. Basic Salary of £25K - £30K Depending on Experience & Expertise + Fantastic Bonus Structure. The Ideal Customer Relations Manager Must:

·         Have 5 Years Successful Experience within a Customer Relations / Service Managerial Role

·         Excellent Communicator ~ Ability to build Excellent Rapport swiftly & with ease

·         Proven ability to multi task

·         Pragmatic Problem Solver

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Great Leadership Qualities

·         Effective diplomatic  Complaints handler

·         Experience of quality management systems

·         Good Education

This Customer Relations Manager role is primarily focused on communicating with the customer to achieve both regulatory and internal business targets; ensuring the Organisation’s reputation is maintained and importantly enhanced. Together with taking responsibility for the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the customer experience, improve efficiency and drive optimum performance.

The Customer Relations Key Role Responsibilities will include:

·         Co-ordinate and drive initiatives to ensure continuous performance improvement within Customer Services

·         Ensure effective performance management to maximise individual potential

·         Developing strategy to ensure the Organisation’s objectives are met

·         Production and analysis of management information and driving improvement or changes relating to performance and company efficiencies

·         Demonstrate key leadership skills to inspire and motivate
