CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE - This prestigious Worldwide tour operator based in Crawley are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to work within their Customer Service department for a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a rare opportunity to join the work force of one of the most reputable companies in the world.

Customer Relations Executive:

- Responding to pre and post departure travel correspondence- Ensuring complaints are resolved to the customers satisfaction- Liaising with suppliers to investigate customer feedback
- Producing a high standard of response drafts
- Contributing to taking incoming calls from customers, agents and suppliers

Customer Relations Executive:

- Previous experience within the Travel Industry is essential
- Letter writing skills to a high standard of written English
- Previous successful candidates have been Customer Service Executive, Customer Relations Executive, Travel Agents, Holiday Reps

Additional Information:

- Hours of Work are Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30
- This is a 12 month fixed term contract due to start in January
