This is a key role in the Customer Management team that will give you individual responsibility for detailed analysis of a 500k customer portfolio, campaign targeting and post campaign analysis. In addition the role offers the opportunity to be more involved in the campaign side of the business, from helping with proposition design to project managing the delivery of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide detailed portfolio analysis to identify and understand key trends which can drive value in our business
- Use customer data to create segmentation and targeting models
- Undertake post campaign analysis to drive understanding of performance
- Build business cases to support offers including customer research, financial analysis, market analysis and targeting
- Develop propositions such as balance transfer offers and spend campaigns
- Take the lead in the end to end delivery of marketing campaigns to our existing customers
- Feed into the strategic agenda of the team, helping to plan for the long term challenges we face
Skills
- Highly numerate, preferably with a numerate degree
- Advanced analytical capability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels and business areas
- Demonstrable experience in SAS and Business Objects
- Knowledge of financial services, preferably the credit card market
- Experience of using data to provide insight, make business decisions and recommendations
- Experience of managing stakeholders at all levels of the business
