Nestlé Customer Logistics team based in York, are currently recruiting for two Customer Logistics’ Executive. This offers a fantastic development opportunity reporting directly into the Customer Logistics Team Lead.
Working as part of a world class Customer Service department you will be responsible for supporting internal and external customers which include many multinational high profile companies.
Key responsibilities for the Customer Logistics Executive include:
•Managing a range of accounts, warehouses and multi-category relationships across different scales and channels.
•Working closely with the customer to evolve customer requirements and drive efficiencies.
•Processing high volume orders from receipt to warehouse whilst balancing key KPI’s for cost and service.
•Applying strong problem solving skills to improve procedures.
•Ensure the day to day handling of customers and products are completed in an effective manner adhering to a high level of customer service.
•Provide insightful support to Nestlé internal categories to investigate stock shortages and provide the appropriate service levels.
•Organise and facilitate daily meetings within Nestlé and with key customers.
You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service whilst being driven through achieving results and meeting strict deadlines. The ideal Customer Logistics Executive candidate will be self motivated with a can do attitude to challenge the status quo. Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment whilst having strong rapport building skills and the ability to prioritise would be desirable.
