Our client is a blue chip organisation within the broadcasting sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their Manchester based contact centre.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Raising performance by supporting and challenging your team through regular performance and development meetings
  • Engaging and motivating your direct reports
  • Ensuring your team have the knowledge they need by communicating regularly to your team
  • Training, developing and coaching your team to release their capability and maximise performance
  • Participating in the recruitment, selection and induction of Team Managers
  • Managing the day to day operation and workflow
  • Identifying ways to improve our customer sales experience and implementing change initiatives within your team
  • Influencing the behaviour of others by leading by example
