Responsibilities will include:
Raising performance by supporting and challenging your team through regular performance and development meetings
Engaging and motivating your direct reports
Ensuring your team have the knowledge they need by communicating regularly to your team
Training, developing and coaching your team to release their capability and maximise performance
Participating in the recruitment, selection and induction of Team Managers
Managing the day to day operation and workflow
Identifying ways to improve our customer sales experience and implementing change initiatives within your team
Influencing the behaviour of others by leading by example
