Customer Contact Team Agent

My client is a growing and well respected organisation based in Brackley, Northants and we are currently in the process of recruiting a new team of Customer Contact agents who will be responsible for dialling across all portfolios within the business, and instigating initial contact with my clients customers.  

The main objective of a Agents role is to make contact with the customers, complete data protection checks, request alternative contact details and promptly pass the call to the relevant department.

 You will be required to meet legislative and best practice requirements at all times.

Agents must have experience of using a PC and be comfortable working in a fast paced target driven call centre environment. 

 Key Duties:

  • Making outbound telephone calls on an automated dialling system
  • Completing Data Protection Act checks to ensure you are speaking to the correct person
  • Leaving messages on Answer phones or with Third Parties 
  • Update our computer system after each call, amending personal details and making accurate notes to reflect the content and outcome of the call

Essential Skills include:

  • An excellent telephone manner and experience dealing with people over the telephone.
  • A confident and strong personality.
  • Basic PC skills
  • The ability to work in a pressured environment.
