Customer Contact Agent

We are currently seeking a Customer Contact Agent for our highly successful client based in Brackley Northamptonshire. The main objective of this role is to make contact with the Companies Customers then promptly passing calls over to the Telephone Debt Negotiators. This role will include - Making outbound telephone calls from an automated dialling system Completing Data Protection checks Updating computer system after all calls The ideal candidate will need to have previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience. You will also need to be confident using Word and Excel and have a good telephone manner. You will also need to have a real 'can do' attitude. Transport would be ideal due to the rural location of this role. This role will see the successful candidate working 38.5 hours per week based on a shift patten as follows - Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday 4pm - 7.30pm 1 Saturday in 4 - 8.30am - 12.30pm The salary of this role is up to 14500K per annum.
