An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to work at our premises situated at Huntingdon
The main responsibilities for this role include:-
- Build and develop existing customer relationships through on site, telephone and email contact.
- Generate additional sales opportunity for existing customer growth.
- Offer a consultative & proactive approach to solving customer problems.
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of Danwood’s product range and competitive solutions.
- To be able to demonstrate a level of "presentation skills" sufficient to communicate professionally with a typical commercial customer.
- To understand the benefits of dealing with Danwood and be able to communicate them to the customer.
- To understand the principles of "Print Management" software, "EDM" and "scanning software" and be able to communicate the benefits of them to the customer.
- Plan time and activity effectively to meet business needs and company objectives.
To succeed in our Commercial Sales department you must:
- A can do approach to solving problems; identifying issues and using initiative and available resources to resolve
- An ability to discuss the Danwood Portfolio (with support from your manager) to promote customer interest.
- Ability to follow quality assurance and operational processes.
- Understanding of the importance of demonstrating respect and confidentiality regarding company and Danwood customer information.
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions before the customer brings them to our attention.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation.
- Excellent Communication skills with Strong listening and questioning skills
- Diligent attention to detail
