Job Title: Customer Care Agent

Hours: Full time 40 hours per week.

Shift: between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday

About You:

You will be a quick learner, with hunger for success and a thirst for learning about our exciting business. You will be someone who has the ability to prioritise your time and work under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience dealing with service calls from consumers and will have a record of consistently achieving or exceeding cross sell targets. You will need the confidence to compose professional emails to customers. An accomplished team player who also has the confidence to work as an individual with a flexible and adaptable approach, you will be ready to make the next career move to increase your salary potential and gain that all important experience on your CV.

Key Purpose of Role:

You will be answering high volumes of service calls from consumers; dealing with queries and cross selling a variety of products to existing customers, as well as capturing data. You will also be responsible for responding to customers emails in a professional manner. As a point of contact for the customer you will create an awareness of our brand and product offerings, and assist in ensuring our customer journey is second to none.

Experience:

•Experience of working in a call centre environment preferred or

•Experience within a customer service and sales environment

•Used to working to achieve set KPI’s/ sales targets

•Experience of working within a team

•Excellent communication skills/telephone manner

•PC literate

•Basic administration

•Experience of complaint handling

•Experience of responding customer correspondence
