Multi-lingual Customer Care Advisers required who are fluent in German, English, Polish and Dutch and have experience of working and communicating with customers in these countries. Your role will include receiving incoming calls, assisting with new customer enquiries and resolving any problems with orders, occasional travel to attend conventions, training and meetings.
You will have fluent written and spoken skills in these languages and have previous customer service experience. You must also have intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent benefits provided and a 10% sales bonus upon reaching targets.
