The Store Network is a high profile business area that delivers volume sales and is therefore critical to the success of the company.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for sales focused Customer Sales Assistant in our Birmingham store. Your role will include generating high quality leads across the product range whilst providing a first class service to all of our customers. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills. You will also have the challenge of establishing and managing internal and external relationships.

You will need to have….

• Customer service experience, and ideally some sales experience
• The ability to recognise and proactively seek sales opportunities
• First class customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation, a positive and an enthusiastic 'can do’ attitude
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Good IT skills
