Corporate Mobile Connections Ltd, based in Speke, is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with good personal communication skills, the ability to show initiative and be successful in a competitive working environment.

The position is for a minimum of 30 hours per week and paid at the National Apprenticeship Minimum Wage rate of £2.65 per hour.

The role will include, but not restricted, to:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional, efficient manner, taking and forwarding messages when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive and customer-friendly attitude
  • Communicating effectively with customers
  • Dealing with customers via telephone and electronically
  • Delivering customer service
  • Providing administrative support to the sales manager, office manager and company directors
  • Identifying and profiling potential clients
  • Market research and telesales for campaigns as required
  • Quickly gaining and maintaining an in depth knowledge of the company’s products

Qualifications Required:

No formal qualifications required, however GCSE's in Maths and English grades A-C (or equivalent) are preferred, but are not essential.

Training to be provided:

  • Intermediate Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
  • Intermediate Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • Functional Skills English, Maths and ICT (as appropriate)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)

You will be required to attend our Speke-based training centre once a week for the first six months of your apprenticeship programme to work towards the above qualifications.
