Corporate Mobile Connections Ltd, based in Speke, is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with good personal communication skills, the ability to show initiative and be successful in a competitive working environment.
The position is for a minimum of 30 hours per week and paid at the National Apprenticeship Minimum Wage rate of £2.65 per hour.
The role will include, but not restricted, to:
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional, efficient manner, taking and forwarding messages when necessary
- Maintaining a positive and customer-friendly attitude
- Communicating effectively with customers
- Dealing with customers via telephone and electronically
- Delivering customer service
- Providing administrative support to the sales manager, office manager and company directors
- Identifying and profiling potential clients
- Market research and telesales for campaigns as required
- Quickly gaining and maintaining an in depth knowledge of the company’s products
Qualifications Required:
No formal qualifications required, however GCSE's in Maths and English grades A-C (or equivalent) are preferred, but are not essential.
Training to be provided:
- Intermediate Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
- Intermediate Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities
- Functional Skills English, Maths and ICT (as appropriate)
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
You will be required to attend our Speke-based training centre once a week for the first six months of your apprenticeship programme to work towards the above qualifications.
