Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client a large financial service organisation in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The role will be shift patterns and include evenings and weekends. Applicants will need to be completely flexible and available for shift work. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

The core purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service - meeting the needs of customers and seeking opportunities to extend and develop customer relationships. You’ll be working within the Savings and Investments department and answering inbound calls from customers that are interested in a certain product (for example, they may have seen an advertisement regarding a new current account). Your role is to sell the product and identify cross-selling opportunities. Typical duties include:
• Answering inbound calls - meeting the needs of customers at the first point of contact.
• Creating rapport with customer to fully understand their needs.
• Build an expert knowledge of all Lloyds Banking Group products and services.
• Promote (and potentially cross-sell) alternative products so that customers are aware of complete range of services.
