My client requires an experienced CRM Solutions Architect with previous experience in CRM package implementation (e.g. MS Analytics, , SAP etc)
Essential experience of the CRM Solutions Architect:
- Previous experience as an Architect or Senior Designer
- CRM package implementation
- Experience of working in design space within a new CRM package implementation covering - opportunities management, contacts management, leads tracking, portal etc.
