My client, based in the Chester area, is looking for an insurance team leader with credit hire experience. You will be leading around 6 - 12 credit hire advisors.
Job Description
You will be managing a team of credit hire advisors and will be expected to act as a referral point for the team.
Your role will be to control the Credit Hire team’s tasks and to prioritise, coach and mentor the team.
You will be monitoring the team’s performance to ensure that customer focus and cost control are maintained.
Person Specification
My client is looking for candidates who have worked within the credit hire industry and this experience must be extensive and consecutive.
