An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Credit Hire Paralegal / Litigation Executive to join a well established and successful Law firm in Bolton. Working out of a set of lucrative top tier offices with an excellent salary plus key benefits.
Individual:
The successful credit hire paralegal will join their busy and expanding Credit Hire team, which offer specialist expertise in this area and as a result have developed an expert reputation amongst representing Claimants.
The role will involve dealing with a caseload of mainly credit hire files with some RTA files and assisting other credit hire fee earners as and when required. The case load will consist of Claimant credit hire files. Litigation experience is desirable although pre litigation experience is a necessity.
The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year experience dealing with their own caseload of Credit Hire files from start to completion, Credit hire paralegals from a defendant background will be considered.
